Running Diary Day 6...

For the record, if we were to include a man challenge that consisted of endangering the life of a baby, Peter would win hands down...

Add to that face cutting, tray mismanagement, and embodying a workplace liability and he would have about wrapped up the entire contest given his performance tonight.

Onto actual man challenge matters, tshirts are lookin' gooooooooood. Hopefully we will have them by tomorrow and slack ass Rudy (conveniently hiding out in Brazil) is the only one who needs to pay. People have already been commenting on the shirts and the possibility, if a demand occurs, of selling the shirts could become a reality in the near future. Ant will have to talk to his tshirt guy and you never know, by the end of the summer, 14% of PB could be seen drunkenly walking the streets with a SOM 2010 tshirt on their back.

MAN PROFILES.
Bing and I were the only two that actually came through on Tuesday and provided a Man Resume for the rest of the group to peruse. I understand that most of you have a hard time throwing two sentences together but come on, lets get on the ball. It took Michaelangelo less time to paint the Sistine Chapel than its taken Peter to finish his profile. Get it together and bring it on Tuesday to Man Challenge #3--Bowling. We're going to post the profiles to this page so make them good.

PED's.
This just in to the commissioner's office of SOM. Performance Enhancement Drugs are no longer banned from the Man Challenge. Primary reason? We have no idea how to test Bing's urine for NO xplode. Other satisfactory PED's are (but not limited to): Andro, Creatine, snorting Pixie Stix, Red Man (a veritable must for the HR Derby), nosecandy, Adderall, Steroids, HGH, horse tranquilizers, anything you can get your hands on at the border in TJ, PCP, meth (could come in handy for arcade night at Dave and Busters), 5 hour Energy, 10 hour Energy, Redline and of course Rufinol (which when used in the drink of a fellow competitor could provide an obvious advantage on Bar Golf night). Remember gentleman, you have two kidneys, but only one liver. Use it wisely.

An idea that came to me at work tonight....but a question first? What rivalry is it that features two teams playing for the right to carry a sledgehammer as the trophy until the next year? This happens all over college football with a different "hardcore symbol of our dominance" for each game. I think in the south they may play for an actual iron skillet. Anyway, this got me to thinking (given the fact that I've been carrying around this symbolic man crown all week) that we should have some sort of talisman, if you will, that the top man of the hour gets to carry around and brandish before his opponents. It has to be something fairly small (a sledgehammer would be a pain in the ass) and something that we would want for a week. If you have any ideas, let me know.

As for now, that is all I have at this time. Man Challenge #3 is right around the corner. We will nail down specifics as it gets closer, but as of now it will be Tuesday night and I believe the venue is the East Village Tavern in downtown SD.

zMurder out.
